1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 1xbat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1xbat website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and betting services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1xbat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use 1xbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any single requirement disqualifies you from using the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1xbat operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler, nor must you be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with any gambling operator at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on 1xbat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

KYC Verification

1xbat operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit valid proof of identity. Acceptable documents include:

• National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biometric or machine-readable)
• Valid Bangladeshi driving licence with photograph

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1xbat will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 1xbat support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1xbat supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). It is your responsibility to ensure that funds deposited on the platform originate from a source that legally belongs to you.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Internet banking portals of Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the initial funding where practically possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1xbat periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the specified wagering conditions.

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manufacture wagering turnover — will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger a full account review.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1xbat are subject to the specific game rules and betting guidelines published on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between the general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules prevail.

Void Bets and Cancellations

1xbat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or clear pricing error. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently cancelled due to event postponement or cancellation will be refunded as account credit at the original stake amount. 1xbat's decision on all disputed outcomes is final and binding.

RNG and Fair Play Certification

All virtual games and slot titles on 1xbat use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 1xbat is committed to fair play and publishes individual Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games in the game information panel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbat. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Match fixing, result manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players, sports participants, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting bots, software scrapers, data mining tools, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair betting advantage over other users or the platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using 1xbat for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Registration using false, misleading, or another person's identity documents, or providing inaccurate personal information during account creation or KYC verification.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 1xbat employees, agents, or other users through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1xbat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 1xbat or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, transmission, modification, or commercial exploitation of 1xbat's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

1xbat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 1xbat employs industry-standard SSL encryption and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbat, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 1xbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1xbat's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

1xbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
